2.  Non-Refundable Items:

– Products that show signs of wear and tear, damage not reported at the time of delivery, or alteration are not eligible for a refund.

Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange:
– Exchanges are allowed within 7 days  from the date of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described, provided you submit valid proof of the issue, such as videos or images taken at the time of opening the delivery box.
– The product must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.

2.  Exchange Process:

– Upon approval, we will guide you through the exchange process. Replacement products will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

3. Exclusions:
